SIMPLE Granola Recipe to Boost Your Milk Supply

Ever been told to eat a bowl of oatmeal or get on the oatmeal cookie train while you were breastfeeding? It’s not a bad idea. At the very least, it’s a great source of iron – which most moms could use. Though there isn’t scientific backing of oatmeal increasing milk supply, it seems to work for many moms. So if you are looking for a little extra boost in your supply, it’s worth a shot! I’d recommend trying to add it in daily for the best results.

Now, I can hear some of your groaning, “Oatmeal? EVERYDAY?! Blech! Like the kind grandma made all the time??” Yup…

 But good news!
